What I do

Four areas, and I have shipped in all of them. Every line below links to the work it came from.

1. 01

   Infrastructure & DevOps

   Build systems, CI, and the servers underneath. At work and at home, on the grounds that you do not really know a system until you have operated one.

   • Cut an enterprise CRM build from over three hours to under ninety minutes on an autoscaled self-hosted fleet
   • Authored seventeen pipelines across thirteen components for a second platform, sole author
   • Run a self-hosted homelab: Unraid, Portainer-managed stacks, nginx, reproducible from git
2. 02

   Backend & Data

   Rails, Python, Scala and .NET in multi-tenant SaaS, mostly on systems older than my time at the company.

   • Rebuilt feed pagination on keyset pagination with pre-filtered CTEs, shipped by concurrent migration with no downtime
   • Rolled out per-tenant CSP, removed hardcoded credentials, and finally got 2FA enforced
   • Built 70+ API endpoints behind a multi-tenant device-financing platform
3. 03

   AI & Agents

   Building the infrastructure that makes agents useful on real systems, and the checks that make their output trustworthy.

   • Harnesses that drive Windows VMs and physical iPads so agents can reach platforms they otherwise cannot
   • Autonomous defect pipelines, adopted team-wide: my merged output went 41 to 179 a year
   • At home too: Frigate doing continuous detection on an Intel iGPU, Immich running embedding search on pgvector
4. 04

   Product & Fullstack

   Things I built and shipped to people, from the database through to the screen and out to the app store.

   • Empty repository to signed public release in sixteen days, built alone
   • Two portals and an Android device-owner agent for device financing, built solo to production
   • Own an iOS release train: 17 TestFlight builds in 7 weeks plus customer-branded packages

• Automating the maintenance pipeline
  Sole author, adopted team-wide · 2025 — present

  Built the agent infrastructure that now triages, fixes, tests and reviews defect work across six enterprise products. My own throughput went up fourfold in two years.

• Rebuilding two enterprise build systems
  Sole author · 2025 — 2026

  Cut one enterprise CRM build from over three hours to under ninety minutes, then authored all seventeen pipelines for a second platform from scratch.

• A customer-facing product in sixteen days
  Sole engineer, 95% of commits · 2026

  Empty repository to signed public release in sixteen days, built alone: scans a customer estate, classifies upgrade blockers, computes a viable path and produces a readiness report.
